Asphalt resurfacing fills holes and cracks, waterproofs, and solidifies the surface while providing a refreshed appearance.

If your parking lot asphalt has potholes, significant cracks, and settling, it's advisable to carry out removal (partial or complete), followed by the addition of a geotextile membrane and crushed stones. We then compact the crushed stones using our high-performance machinery to create a sturdy base. Afterward, we pave with hot asphalt and level it.

If your asphalt parking lot is in very poor condition or you don't have asphalt yet, we'll need to excavate, lay a geotextile membrane, fill with crushed stone, compact, and then pave with hot asphalt. If the soil is clayey, we'll replace it with a more stable one.
